You can buy dried mealworm at Pets at Home in their bird food section. My gerbils love them and the worms are a great source of protein.
Otherwise, very small pieces of fruit and veg such a broccoli, a big favourite, carrot, berries, apple, cucumber, tomato, banana, most nuts (unsalted). Also someone on here recently recommended porridge oats. I can confirm it's a hit! Also a great way for them to get to know you and your hands, as you can put a small amount in your palm and encourage them to eat off you.
Fruit can be high in sugars so I tend to give a small piece no more than twice a week.
Don't overload the treats though, they should be small supplements and bonding tools rather than replacement for their normal muesli mix

Aw thats so much help thank u il try some of these I did see the Mealworms in blocks in the bird part of the store but when iv looked on YouTube people give them live Mealworms, i wasnt sure about the block as how would i seperate them? Thanks for all the ideas..

I got a bag of dried mealworms. They're loo from each other and look Brown and crunchy! I would guess a block is bound with something like fat, so avoid that.
