Ritzie are Admin is the only one who can approve people. But life has been getting in the way. As soon as she is on, she'll approve you.

I find this very frustrating, as well. I just looked on ritzie's page and it says:
Last Online: Nov 5, 2013 at 3:51pm
So I don't think anyone should even bother checking for approval anytime soon. It's been 7 months, apparently. :/

Yes. Ritzie uses the newer account. Just be patient guys. She's also working on getting some new staff so the wait time goes down.
