The protein is fine. 11.6% rounds up to 12 which is perfect, and I'm not too worried because it contains a lot of meat. The ingredients are great and it looks like a nice natural food mix.

The topic of whether or not rodents should eat red meat is controversial. It wouldn't be part of their normal diet in nature, but neither would other things we feed them such as cereals, yogurt, and egg, so I personally don't think there's a problem with it.
