Again, this is just a curiosity question If the male and female mated and had pups and then mated again and the female got pregnant again and before the 2nd litter was born you split the male and female pups up along with the dad, what would you do if you had to take the dad out of the tank so you didnt end up with 3 litter but had only females in the 1st litter? So you had a tank with 2 or 3 females, the mum and eventually the 2nd litter and then a tank with the dad and the males? (would the dad just have to be on his own for a while?)

Yeah, I think dad would just live by himself till you got some males (Hopefully) in litter 2. Not much else to do, and since it would only be a few weeks I think he'd be fine.
