We all know how noisy metal wheels can be. However i found a solution to this, we all know the old vegetable or olive oil trick.
But I found that attaching a little masking tape where the metal parts touch prevents squeaking for a while. Also its only a teeny bit and its paper based so it wont hurt them to chew it. I just replace it as needed
I don't have any pictures but I can get some if anyone needs to see.

Hmm. . . I might need to try that! Though honestly, its my "silent" spinners that make the most noise.

I have used silent spinners for years with no issues. Though the rat ones can be loud lol.
The metal wheels don't make a LOT of noise, its just the noise they do make is a high pitched screaming * ouch*
