Looks more Sapphire, but could be an older, faded Lilac.

She looks darker than my Sapphires. . . ? But also a bit too light to be lilac. I guess she probably is Sapphire and its just the lighting.

Is she a solid colour all over or is the camera flash creating the patched/spotted look?

Looks Sapphire to me, but could be Lilac or Sapphire genetically. I've had light Lilacs and dark Sapphires. Both can fade, usually with age or litters, but sometimes for no obvious reason.

Probably lilac, you can't tell color when using flash photography.

I did take some without flash to show her true color but they were blurry ... these are the closest to how she looks in person

I looked at lilacs and she is a bit light , but as was stated genetically she could be either , would it show in her litter?

We have one that is just off white, and I can never guess his colour.

Depending on who you breed her to, it will become clear when she has had pups. There are some colour gerbils that will help you identify whether she is Lilac (no Colourpoint genes) or whether she is Sapphire (one Colourpoint gene).
I you breed her to your Eddy (if this is the same Lilac mentioned there) then you might not be able to tell as you weren't sure they had CP genes, and 'light' Saffrons/Red Foxes aren't always that easy to tell apart anyway.

Ok, yes this is her we were just curious. And actually so as not to take the dominant male from my trio we chose his son Ed.
