Well that's all good news really - 2 identified issues and hopefully a happier owner?
The bottom teeth may well need to be trimmed again as they won't be wearing on the top 2 unless they grow back. If they don't, then he will need trimming periodically for the rest of his life. Some people I know learn to trim them themselves off the vets if it is a lifelong thing - others don't want to do it themselves though, which is understandable.
As for the trio staying together - what are your initial thoughts? How are they acting now after the vet visit?

Absolutely, at least I'm glad they are both fixable. I'm very happy about Theo, he's scarfing down the critical care and seems quite happy.
I don't know. Right now I'm leaning towards keeping them together unless I see bad signs. I really don't want to break them up of course. Then I'd need to go through the whole process of finding the loner a new cagemate (who would likely be young and then would be without a cagemate when the loner passes) or I'd have to leave him alone which I'd feel terrible about. And who do I leave Theo with? I also feel bad about having to downgrade someone back to the 20 gallon, though I suppose that's silly. But at the same time my stomach is in a knot whenever I come home wondering if I'm going to find someone dead from a fight.
They're acting normal. I've seen Logan and Darwin interact and they don't seem hostile at all. That said these three have never been as social as my previous female pairs. I never see them groom one another, they rarely do any playing with each other. They sleep together though (or at least I assume they do/they did back when they had less bedding, they sleep underground now so I can't say for certain). I think I'll start another thread asking for opinions on whether to split them up or wait and see.
