I thought you would be leaving one pup with mum to help out? She may have only been chasing them as there were 3 of them in there.
I'm sure she will manage on her own though, but have you already got a home for a trio of girls? I find that quite difficult...

I have someone willing to take the girls as a trio and another who will take 3 boys, leaving one with dad. I do know girls don't do as well in 3's though... She was being so awful to them. She had them cornered in a hiding spot all day and if they came out for food or water she would chase them back in, sometimes she would go into their hiding box and harass them and they would squeal. She seems happy to be alone, she must have been really agitated with them around. Should I try to put a girl back in with mom?

No - if you have a trio home lined up and you thought she was terrorizing them - then I think you made the right choice. Some females do get quite grumpy...
Keep her topped up with cardboard tubes - she can take all her hormones out on them instead!

No second litter yet! But momma has a very round tummy I estimate that the first litter is about 33 days old. All seven pups and dad are happy together, and all is well in there. I hope it isn't too long for the new litter, since momma is all alone. But she seems happy enough and has built a gigantic tp nest for herself

Here is an update, and I have re-named her Stella. I have felt like it could be any day for the past week, but she is really looking "heavy" now!

Nice round tummy. They don't normally stay swollen for more than a week, but I have had more tummy than that with some of my females.
Let's hope it's soon though....

Any sign of Stella's babies yet?

Not yet, her belly is getting rounder each day though. She is still fairly active. She does that stretching you read about where they extend their back legs out behind them, supposedly a sign of impending labor. But maybe they also do that because they are uncomfortable and need a good stretch.

Stella is having her second litter this morning I covered up half of her tank to give her some privacy. 39 days postpartum, I guess that is probably about right. I am so excited! I usually feed her in the mornings, should I just wait until this afternoon? I know she still has some bits of food in there.

Congratulations!
I would leave her if you can - but if she has no food in the bowl then I would just sprinkle some sunflower hearts, mealworms or other high energy food in for now to tie her over until she has finished whelping.
Good idea with covering the tank - some mums can be really jumpy.
