I'd guess Burmese and Pied Black (possibly Slate).
Maybe someone who knows better can come and better explain the differences between Burmese and Siamese to me as when I read them up it says Burmese is brown and Siamese is grey coloured, but when I see photos Burmese always appear grey (with dark grey points) and Siamese always appear brown/cream (with dark brown points - like the cats) maybe it's just the sites I'm using?

So confusing!! When I got them the lady called Louise a "siamese" but I don't know how much she knew (it was a pet store, not a breeder).

She could be a Light Colourpoint Slate.
What colour are her toenails? Really dark, pale brown, or clear?

Vexorg- Not always. It also depends on the lighting. For example, in this picture, my burmese Pepper looks more brown: In this one, she looks gray: (and pregnant) CritterMomma- she looks burmese or possible colourpoint slate as Betty said. For comparison, here's a picture of my siamese as well: Hope that helps.

Thanks for that cittercrazy. So would you say my Crystal in my sig is a Burmese too (she's very lightly spotted so potentially lighter in general than a straight Burmese)?

I can't tell for sure of course, but my guess is that she is burmese. Spotting does usually lighten it some, and even without the spotting she's almost as dark as most burmese gerbils, from what I can see.

Do you mean is there variation in the shade of burmese? Definitely, if you google pictures of it, you'll notice some darker and some lighter gerbils. Though if a gerbil is drastically darker or lighter, it might be another color. But I don't know what brown colourpoint there is that's darker than burmese. . .

Here's Burmese, Siamese, and DTW posing nicely. It's not the best picture, but all three have earned show ribbons. CP Slate is the darkest of the "spectrum", though it's noticeably gray-toned. (Pic credit: Garden of Eden Gerbils) This lovely example is Moonstone's. Left to right: CP Slate, Burmese, LCP Slate, Siamese, Sp. Siamese Burmese and LCPS can look very, very similar. Below, the gerbil on the left is LCPS, the right is Burmese. The biggest "tell" is the nails, though that's not helpful when they're spotted. These are the back nails on a Burmese: These are the back nails on a LCP Slate: Sandy had an excellent comparison of Spot Burmese and Spot CP Slate, I'll have to dig around for it. ETA: Found it. It was over in the FAQ section.
