Announcing the Gerbil Forum Virtual Show White Belly Class starting Feb. 15. I will post results on March 15.
White bellied gerbils include Golden Agouti, Grey Agouti, Dark Eyed Honey, Red Eyed Honey, Golden Argente, Argente Cream, Topaz, Yellow Fox, Ivory Cream.
Remember that pups under 12 weeks, Colourpoints, Schimmels and gerbils with the Dominant Spot gene have their own classes opening later this year.
As stated before, please email me a good side and front shot (.jpg format) of your adult, white bellied gerbil. Your gerbil should be the only one in the picture. Please make it a reasonable size (not too small or too large).
Send it to rogerve@yahoo.com (cut and paste to your email) with the pictures as attachments or inline. Each person is allowed two entries.
AGS Virtual Show rules apply, as previously stated. Good luck!

I have a Spotted Slate, aa C- E- gg P- Sp- with a white tummy can I enter her? Sorry to go off topic...but the white tummy on your slate is due to the spotting rather than the A- gene (which is what causes the white belly) and so wouldn't be in this class. Slates are self coloured. but as Andrea said, because yours is spotted it will go in that class.

Hi everyone, Thanks for your entries to this class. I'm going to delay judging and posting until Monday, March 17 which is also, quite coincidentally, Saint Patrick's Day. I hope that will bring good luck to you. Actually I just haven't gotten around to finishing the job, and will have more time on Monday. So sorry everyone, and hope you don't mind waiting a couple more days. I think it will be worth it.
