Had to take Storm to the vets today, cos she's getting a bit thin. Even though she had her teeth done a couple of months ago, they still grew too long, but it was hard for me to check cos she bit me. Didn't think they'd grow too long in a couple of months, guess I'm gonna have to take her to the vets at least once a month. She's also on baytril, so now both me and my gerbil are on antibiotics! At least hers aren't for two months though!
Got a few health problems myself, that's what my antibiotics are for. My left frontal sinus is opaque (cloudy), instead of clear so the antibiotics are, I think, to rule out infection, if it gets better. Either way, it doesn't sound good to me! There's also a cyst, but I think they want to sort the first problem out first.

Yes, but, like you said, we stopped. I don't know megaphantoms reasoning, but I personally think that starting fresh is a good thing. Back to the point of the post. I just got a new book on programing in Objective C. I'm up to page 178 out of 453, and I can create basic applications. Won't be long now until I create my first interface (the part that people see)!

Anyone else ever tried to trick your gerbils into making their nests in the front of the tank so you can see them? I tried turning it around overnight, but I think it just confused them.

Storm's doing really well, she's not had a seizure for a week, and she's active and put on weight. The nutrition food the vet gave her, I'm having no problems giving it to her now - she's discovered that she loves it, so I have problems taking it away from her!(Don't want to give her more than she needs cos it could be dangerous to get too much nutrients, I don't know)! She also likes being held again.

Ooopps, I did not realize about the other one But, It would be nice, if more boards got used! I know on the homepage it says when the most users were online, it would be nice if we could beat that!

Well, storm's doing well, she's back to her old tricks, including the ones I don't like!!!! she loves climbing up the ladder in the gerbilarium and then jumping off the second level onto the first, I really wish she wouldn't do that, but at least she is happy! But it scares me!

I'm eagerly awaiting for the arrival of Evie's tank topper. Hopefully it's not as crooked as Pepper's is and that she'll love it! I cannot wait!

Bonkers they are I've not had a gerbil that's been in a gerbilarium that hasn't done that - it seems if they have a second floor, they want to be a lemming! ;D The worst thing with Storm is that once is not enough, she then runs back up the ladder and then does it again!!!

Even though mine are 3 years old, they are still energetic, but not as energetic as they were when they were 1.
