Kdgerbils... Padme is back behind the bars How is your ankle? Is the plaster thing off yet? Cheekygerbils... I would hate my trio going under that much stress They all looked very warned out, and that was before anyone has touched them. Amski.... How is the fairy today? Any surprises for you? My trio is fast asleep :-\ got up for a treat but went back to bed

The fairy is very busy today and at a concert... We'll have some dinner when he gets home I don't think my boys would like going to a show all that much - maybe Chaos would? When they want attention then they love everyone, but sometimes I open the tank lid and they vanish off and so I take that as a sign they want to be left alone... Haha! you're boys must feel upstaged by the gerbils at the show and giving you the cold shoulder Eszter

!- I think Padme is the only one of my gerbils who would like showing. She LOVES attention more than any other gerbil I met!If I am sitting near the tank she'll stare up at me until I get her out and if I just try to give treats she'll hop into my hand or up to the couch for out time instead.
You are right amski, I am so ready to be independent again! I can start driving on Valentine's Day and have at least 8 more weeks until I walk without support. Eszter, I am out of plaster and into a removable plastic boot. It looks like part of Darth Vader's leg!

Padme sounds like great fun! Chaos does that staring thing too. He's laying on the top of all the bedding sleeping at the moment

- She is, but she is also a little bugger sometimes. She likes to escape from the couch and go on an even bigger run. At least she isn't to difficult to coral. She is also teaching her sister bad habits! They're both asleep in their tunnels, it's the boys' turn to be awake!

- They are doing well :-) There are only two who don't have any eyes open yet and all are starting to 'chew' solids. I moved them back into my living room today and all are adjusting well to the noiser room and being next to the other gerbs. In fact, I just caught Darth nursing, usually as soon as I go near the tub she's up checking for intruders!

morning everyone I have had a great sleep Amski... K is so lovely dosing away. It looks as if the sun shines but I guess it is the lighting? And the thief, is that B? Kdgerbils... I think the living room is a great place for gerbils, though I understand a bit quieter for nursing mums is good. Padme is a good mummy I am only guessing, but showing your most attention seeker gerbil will be still stressful. The Persian jerds were very inquisitive though they looked passed out after 10 min of out of time
