Does anyone else have the problem of '1 new message constantly showing at the top of each page?

I know usually it would say: "Hey, you have *** messages, 1 is new", when I have a new message, but now it just says it all the time!
I click on the link and I go to my inbox and I have no new messages in there!
And when I actually DO have a new message it says '2 are new' at the top, then I click it and I only have 1 new in my inbox. It's been like it for about a weeks now. And is really annoying

I've been through all my inbox to see if there is one unread in there, but there isn't.

I actually 'saw' it happen in a way, too. Like, it said 0 were new, when I was in my inbox, then I clicked the 'new topics' link to leave my inbox to go to the new topics page, and the '0 new' change to '1 new'. I clicked it, went back to my inbox and there was no new message

And it won't go away! lol

Anyone else having this issue?
