Recently, it's come to my attention my gerbil has a crooked tooth. I'm not entirely sure how it happened but he seems to be having a lot of trouble eating... The problem is, I don't have the money or the transportation and my parents refuse to take him to the vet. Is there anything I can do for him? Update: I checked him again this morning and his top teeth have completely fallen out! Should I still take the same course of action? Thanks in advance...

Hi, the same thing happened to my boy, the top teeth took about ten days to regrow. I think all you can do is try to find food that he can eat until that happens. Soft food like baby food, cheese, fruit, Cheerios etc. strangely my boy could still eat most things with no top teeth, though it took him ages. Also keep an eye on the bottom teeth in case they grow too long/uneven with no top teeth to oppose them. Hang in there!
