Hmmmm I wouldn't want to climb that either so I can see why one of your gerbs doesn't want to! Not sure really what to suggest - other than getting them a nice tank instead!!!! ;D Then they could make fab tunnels and entertain themselves! Have a think about it, you could get one fairly cheaply if you hunt around and your gerbies would love you so much more too! ;D Caroline

I know, my dad wouldn't let me get an aquarium tank! Kyo loves the tube though, up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down all day long!!!!

I put tubes IN my aquarium.. see here: add bedding: I just did this recently, so I'm not sure how much they'll chew them up... I've done it before, but not with those specific gerbs..

They'll get used to it. When I FIRST got my gerbils, Burkie wouldn't go up or down for 3 days.

kimsgerbils: That is really neat! I was thinking of doing that, but wasn't sure if the gerbils would like it all too much.. I'm guessing they do? I'll have to go out and buy some more tubes! (I only have one strait one, and one of those 3 way hole connecter ones.. XD
