Hello gerbil people! I'm wondering if there are any virtual or online gerbil shows happening soon or this year. I'd love to enter my little two-year-olds just for fun. I've read something about the American Gerbil Society having one and does anyone know if they're having one this year? I love showing off my little darlings Thanks!

The AGS has one every summer. On the agsgerbils.org homepage, under 2017 Virtual Show, it says "Watch here for our Summer, 2018 dates!"

One more question... Does your gerbil have to be registered with the American Gerbil Society or any organization, have a sponsor or anything like that to be in the virtual gerbil show?

No, the AGS virtual show is open to the public. Traditionally, members of the AGS or affiliated societies are allowed six entries in the breed classes, while non-members are limited to two.
Even for members, the gerbils themselves don't have to be registered.

Oh ok great So with the two entries that means like I could enter my two gerbils in just the regular gerbil show part and then could you still enter in the other photo contests like pictures of best buddies and stuff? Hope that made sense

So uh how exactly do I enter? It's coming up soon and I don't want to miss it. I'll probably have to enter them in a senior gerbil class
