How is she doing now? Just make sure she can eat, drink and walk or else get her into see a vet asap. Just check on her more often and hope she will recover. I will be on again tomorrow but others' may be on here later. Take care, Tammy

Update: She doesn't have a limp and seems to be drinking and eating just fine but is staying curled up in the corner of her tank.

Just keep her warm, undisturbed and make sure that you put easy-to-eat moist foods all very close to where she is curled up. She may well recover well from this - gerbils often do if nothing serious was damaged.
So, if she is nice and cosy without the worry of being moved or prodded, she can rest up well - and things like sunflower hearts and brocolli tops close by means she can stay nourished and hydrated without having to go to far either. Just like us when we are really ill and curled up on the sofa - if the foods in the kitchen or we have to prepare it first, we just stay put and go hungry.
Best wishes for her.

I hope all will be okay with her, just pay attention to anything that seems to be off with her, depending how she landed what could be injured. Did she hit her head in any way? She could have internal injuries, hopefully not, but do watch her more often. Offer her healthy, temping treats like Betty said and hope she will be okay and back to normal after a good rest for acouple of days. Take care, Tammy

One of my gerbils in the past jumped off me onto hardwood and blood came out of her nose, a little at first, then a lot. Your lucky your little one is still alive , my beautiful baby went out in minutes.

Did you follow all the advice given on the originaly posts here - and how are they now The Kids Phone?
Sounds very frightening?
Noir, did we have an update for your little one? Did you stay on the forum under a different name??
