My female gerbil is extremely bloated. She’s is not pregnant because she lives with another female. She is eating and drinking fine, acting normal, and pooping. She’s been like this for a few weeks and I have no idea what is wrong with her.

It could be an ovarian cyst.

it could also be fluid retention from a heart problem, she needs a vet to check her and see if there is any treatment available

I can tell you that she’s more bloated on her right side and when you touch her, it feels hard with some but very little give.

She definitely has a swelling. She needs to see a vet as they can usually tell whether a swelling is solid or liquid (so whether it's likely to be a tumour or a cyst, or something else).
