You can edit posts you know (for phones, click on the gear icon on the right hand side). Btw, you said ".... sway out damaged box", sway?

I don't know the brand of that wheel but it's the "Speedy" wheel from Zooplus.

I wouldn't swap out the box gracieboo - I would just stop putting the sand bath thing on it - or anything else heavy. They may have chewed the hole to better ventilate it for a nest or something - and you changing it for a sealed on again might just annoy mum! Moving the substrate levels within the same tank might not make too much difference as the parents will move it to suit - the only thin you could do is to either reduce the overall amount in there - or add more - depending on what you feel is more suitable for the way the parents are using the tank. Just like I said be careful moving stuff around in deep substrate from now on.

i.imgur.com/3eQJEXV.mp4So still can’t figure out how to put pics in directly. This is a cute video though. So we still have 6 pups and they’re everywhere! There are 2 black and whites (like dad) a cream and white (like mum) a grey, a brown, a ginger and a light grey, quite a mix. I was wondering when I can clean the tank and take mum and dad out for a run in their pen? The 2 things I can’t find answers for. Thanks.

What a lovely mix of pups - and that pup has the most amazing blaze there! I feel the name Badger might be in order!!!
As for your questions - yes, I would allow mum and dad out together for a short run in the playpen if you wanted, give them a short leg stretch and something new to sniff/do a few times a week shouldn't be a problem if your mum is all chilled.
I only usually clean out a third or half the tank at a time (never the nest itself) - and I always do it with the mum still with the pups - so either clean around the mum and pups by hand while she is in there in the tank keeping an eye on you - or take her and the pups out into a safe small enclosure and put them all back in together afterwards. Although I never directly clean out the nest, I make sure I drop fresh nesting materials into the tank and she can do with them as she pleases.
Once that is all scented up in about a week, I then clean out the next third or half. By then their eyes should be open and they can even come out for a play too when safe.
Bless them.

Mum is very chilled, she climbs up our arms for strokes and treats every chance she gets ( new mum, understand how she feels 😁) Dad is the protective one. He tries to herd the pups when they go off in all directions and he’s always in the nest sitting on them. So glad you advised me to keep him in, definitely dad of the year material. Thanks for your advice on the pups, I’ll send a pic soon.

Update on our lovely pups... they’re all doing well and much tamer than the parents when we first got them. All eating, drinking and using the potty. We’ve decided to keep them all (boys and girls tank) mamma Tom had her second litter a week ago, 4 pups all doing well, one is white, didn’t know they came in that colour. Big sisters are very loving, sitting on the nest and cleaning them. Mum has a bald spot, it’s not sore so I’m guessing from the baby making and feeding so have bought some vitamin drops for the water. My daughter is very confident with them and makes sure they get playtime every day. We have found a rescue for the second litter when they are ready to leave, have to make sure we don’t name them!

Thanks for the update, and great to hear . But we want photos of them all! To post a photo directly here from Imgur, click on the photo and copy the 'direct link' from the box on the right. Back here, click the 'reply' button (it won't post your message! lol) on the right by the post message box to show the advanced options message box, then click the insert image icon at the top middle of the box (hovering pointer over them will tell you what each one is), paste the imgur link in there (ignore the alt text), hit insert image, then hit create post (after writing whatever you want).
