(your link doesn't work, for a Google photo you need to hit the 'create link' button/link twice after clicking 'sharing').

Looks like a Burmese. I'm told colorpoint slate look similar to Burmese. Not sure what is possible with the parents' genes.

Burmese. Could be LCP Slate if the back nails are neutral/clear.

The nails are blackish in the back, clear/white in the front.

Yes looks like a burmese to me! He/she might get darker at the nose, or not, it depends. My gerbil Honeynut, looks just like that and he is for sure a burmese, but I am no expert. That's my educated guess.

What is the difference between a colorpoint slate and Burmese?

Colourpoint Slates carry two of the underwhite dilute genes.
So Burmese is just a Colourpoint Black gerbil (it is genetically a black gerbil carrying 2 colourpoint genes (in this case: chm - chinchilla medium)).
A Colourpoint (CP) Slate gerbil is also just a Black gerbil however, it is carrying 2 colourpoint genes AND 2 underwhite dilute genes.
Black: aa cc E* P* Uw* Burmese: aa cchmcchm E* P* Uw* CP Slate: aa cchmcchm E* P* uwduwd
Siamese is just a lightened Burmese (so Light Colourpoint Black) The equivalent with the CP Slate is the same - Light Colourpoint Slate (LCP Slate)
