For Tokyo's pups, I see Agouti, Dark-Eyed Honey, and Argente.

Thank you guys for helping me in this situation, this forum is like a big family from all the world and I love that😍 I’ll post every day with the pups or at least every two days, hoping that my journey will be helpful for the others. I’m still trying to find homes for the babies and I want to assure that they’ll have the best owners they could. I counted 6 pups at Hazel so there are 11 pups in total which means 2 stays to me and 9 need to find new homes. Should I only give pairs and not only one gerbil? Should I sell them? I only want them to be safe when they’ll go to their new parents. One more question. When I let Tokyo free she sometimes gnaws the wall in a corner, is this normal? Because she seems to enjoy doing that, oh, she also licks the wall too. Here I attached some photos with Tokyo’s pups-8 days old ibb.co/mNNLR5Tibb.co/9pV7FfGibb.co/rfr5Wm7ibb.co/NN6FwgmI’ll post photos with Hazel’s pups when I’ll get the chance because she covers the enter, maybe because she wants to keep them warm. Hope there will be at least one Agouti gerbil or other color than honey.

So gorgeous!! They're really starting to look like little gerbils now Gnawing at the wall could be boredom, or she might just want something to chew if you haven't got lots of chews in there. Licking the wall will often mean they're thirsty, does she have good access to water? Since she's just had pups it might be worth putting a water bowl in as well as a water bottle if you haven't already. Sorry if you've talked about these things already, I haven't read through the whole thread since I haven't had much involvement and don't know a whole lot about pups!

She has a water bottle near her bed and I see her drinking sometimes. Don’t be sorry:)) It’ll be a long thread but it worth. I’ll put her a water bowl too if it’s necessary. She eats more sunflower seeds, is it ok? Because I have a lot of sunflower seeds from my parrot food and I sometimes give them a small portion in their food (where there’s also s.s). Ten minutes ago she let me pet her (Tokyo) on her head, she was so kind and accepted to take some seeds from my hand, a small piece of pear and pomelo🍐 then I also gave Hazel some treats.🥰 The best part of this story is that I accumulate more experience because I want to be a veterinarian. Tokyo’s babies have not that round belly like I saw on internet (the pups have a round belly and that means they were fed). I mean, Tokyo stays almost the whole day with them so I don’t think there will be any problem. I’m really glad I found this forum and met such kind and cool people.

Yeah ok, sounds good and she's probably not thirsty She might just be doing frantic side digging which gerbils often do! Sunflower seeds are fine, but don't feed too many as they're pretty fatty. That's great, there are a lot of things you can learn from experiences like these!

For Tokyo's pups, I see Agouti, Dark-Eyed Honey, and Argente. Wow - that's amazing that you can identify colours this early! I didn't even know it was possible. Also, lovely colours
