I possess a halo of water, walls of stone, and a tongue of wood. Long I have stood; what am I?

I possess a halo of water, walls of stone, and a tongue of wood. Long I have stood; what am I? This one took a bit of thinking haha, but a castle? It's the closest thing I can think of.

Great idea - can't think of a good one right now though?

Correct - I got a book for Christmas on weird geographical oddities!
For example there is a town where your citizenship is determined by the way your front door is facing? Another where there is no fuel tax on one side of a street - so all the fuel stations in that city are on that road?
No puzzles though?
Although tere is a place in the world where you can stand on the beach and see another country, another continent and another time zone - technically you can 'see' yesterday?

It's late here but I'll give it a first attempt:
2 x 12 = 24 4 x 11 = 44 6 x 10 = 60 8 x 9 = 72 - 12 x 7 = 84 14 x 6 = 84 16 x 5 = 80 - unless you include the cows? 48 x 5 = 240 - and the stools 72 x 5 = 360 18 x 4 = 72 20 x 3 = 60 22 x 2 = 44 24 x 1 - 24
So, 648, 808 or 928?
