Hi my son's gerbil Raspberry isn't feeling well it has been 24 hours. I honestly thought she would have past by now. Yesterday we came home to find her laying down barely moving eyes not bright barely open and she was ICE cold!!. This morning she was up moving a little and not as cold. I offered her water and she took a few sips but I have to bring the bottle to her and put it in her face. She hasn't and won't eat. and she hasn't pooped since yesterday when all this started. She Does NOT have diarrhea. no runny nose was perfectly fine the day before this happened. Any Ideas would be lots of help.

Well usually, if you warm them up and put them in a type of small, quiet hospital set up (with any clan mates) - feed moist nutritious food and leave in peace - if it was something recoverable - they will gradually improve in a day or two.
The smaller enclosure also helps you see if they haven't improved of course.
However, any signs of pain (stretching, pawing at their face, bleeding, constant scratching or erratic movements, gasping, swollen eyes) or any other obvious 'not normal in a human' things - then speak to a vet will be the first thing you need to do.

If nothing traumatic happened then you might be dealing with a stroke. All you can do is offer water often, give easy to eat foods, and keep her warm. It will be a matter of time before you see if she'll recover enough to live a good life. Some do, some don't. The fact that she's already improved is a great sign though! Fingers crossed!
