I put a ceramic “bucket”? In their cage last night- it was painted. When I woke up there were tiny chips out of the paint…..
I can only assume they tried to chew it- Should I take them to a vet?!

Where did you get the bucket? Do you know if it’s non toxic paint.?
For now take the bucket out of their cage and make sure that they’re still eating, drinking and acting fine. Are you sure that they ate the paint, or did they spit it out?

I don’t know where I got it…
Had it for awhile in storage tbh! Yeah, maybe they just chewed it- they seemed fine this morning! Good appetite! I’ll keep y’all posted!

I would think most household items are nowadays painted with non-toxic (or low toxicity paint) because paint chips off and might get into food, babies put things in their mouths etc. If it was just a few chips, they probably didn't swallow much, if any, so they're likely to be fine.

I think it was more like a flower pot….
They have slept pretty much all day today- Not sure if its because of boredom or if they are sick!
in my thread about Pet Smart toys I gave a description of their tank, so any advice over their is appreciated as well!
