So, I’ve already done some research on this but some sources say that I should give them one teaspoon of food per day each and others one tablespoon per day each. I’ve had them for about 3 weeks and I’ve been going with a heaped teaspoon each and they are lively and seem okay. However, I would still like some confirmation… thank you!

It can be easier to use a food bowl for the first few weeks at least (or scatter over a flat surface like a platform) so you can get an idea of how much they eat. A heaped teaspoon each sounds about right to start with. Observe how much is left each day, and adjust the amount up or down accordingly. Try to err on the side of giving a little too much rather than not enough. They can be given as much food as they can eat (no need to ration it) as long as they're eating all of it rather than picking out some bits and leaving the rest.
