I usually only have 2 meals a day, lol. I have breakfast around 10am and then supper at around 4-5pm...then hope I'm not up too late at night or I get hungry again.

i eat lots of little meals first one being about lunch time and last one can be very late at night! lol

I eat loads ;D Breakfast around 8, then lunch around 12 and then dinner about 6ish ;D

Ya gotta have ya breky!!! really bad for you not eating it, it makes you gain weight! how come every1 talks about food when your on a diet lol!

I don't 'do' diets. I eat what I want and get plenty of exercise and it seems to work ;D

o ive been DOING diets since 4eva (it feels) i lost 3 and 1/2 stone last year bt put some on and now its gotta go again lol!

I don't do diets, lol. I'm actually trying to gain some weight. It isn't working very well. Guess I just don't eat enough.

Ame x i know its suppose to be the most important meal of the day (i'm training to be in the health service and hopefully one day i'll be a doctor!) its not really working for me if its meant to make you gain weight from not eating it though! I haven't eaten breakfast routinely for about 5years and I'm 8st and about 1m 65cm (slightly underweight ) and i eat what i want! I also eat late at night which is also bad for weight gain for most people!

OHHH YEAH! Thats my real weakness! ill eat them till they come out my ears! have you ever tryed Kettle Chips (salt and Viniger) mmmmmmmmmmm the best in the world!! but for now ill stick to the under 100 calories packets like squares and french fries lol!

I hate kettle crisps (about the only type i do lol!) they are too greasy/oily for me. i am know to eat more than 6 packets of crislps a day and tend to eat at least 2 at a time lol
