WOW!!! No idea what they are but they are GORGEOUS!!!! ;D I would hazard a guess that they are nocturnal though, going by the size of their eyes. Where are the pics from then?

Those pics are taken in Estonia. There was a "Pet day" and all small animals were awaited.

They kind of look a bit familiar - maybe I've seen them on a nature programme or something - but I just can't think what they are! Lovely though!

They sorta do look like Bushy Tailed Gerbils - but they're eyes look a bit too 'buggy' and the colouring is a bit dark too To be honest they look a bit like possums to me! Look at their toes - quite bulberous on the end of each digit. Caroline

I just looked up some other pictures of possums and you're right - they are definitely not possums. (Nice try Caroline!).

To me their faces look like those of a sugar flyer or something of that nature. They are very cute! And I woudl agree with the nocturnal. With eyes like that you would have to be. ;D

No they are not sugar gliders. Sugar gliders are much bigger and look like this: PIC

I probably know what that is! But I only know the swedish name for them, it's "Sjusovare". Badly translated "Sevensleeper". But as I said..I dont know the correct eng. word
