Here's how Polly has taken charge First Grandma Cleopatra does the babysitting Polly checks by to make sure all is in order and feed the pups and tells Dad in no uncertain terms to stay away A window into the nest Oh and a nice pic of mum Polly Enjoy

Can't wait to see them starting to fuzz Gill They've got a good little family to help them grow up big and strong!

Polly is about 15 months old and this is her first litter. Mauretania the Dad is around 3 years old. Polly is a SPOTTED female, the first spotted female I know off! Spotting is a recent mutation in pallids although it did appear and then disappear a few years ago. For quite a long time all the spotted individuals where male. This makes this litter particularly interesting.

It's a very small spot and hard to see on photos sorry its just a white bit on the back of her neck Hopefully in time we can select the pallids with larger white bits and expand the spotting
