Hi Doom, I'm having the same problem, the only way I can post on the forum is hit reply (as a guest), type my response and then log in under Callimico. I have to hit back fast so I can post my reply before I'm logged out again ~Larisa

Hi Cal and Doom,
I will bring this to Peter's attention! It happened to a lot of the members. We believe there has been some foul play. Thank you for continuing to participate and for your patience.

There is indeed some foul play happening on the forum! Someone is banning moderators and maybe even changing passwords or something.
Are you still not able to login?
Peter

Whoa, who (other than Peter) has the authority to do that? Are you saying a hacker? Maybe someone found Peter's password and logged in and banned people?!

RitzieAnn has the same problem. I also had the problem a lot. I think it maybe a proboard bug when its set in frames... Try using Firefox instead of explorer that fixed it for me.. also see thread Peter, your forum kicks me out.
Also when logging in don't use the quick log in actually click on login and fill in your details in the login page. also try using the forum independently from the webiste, i,e not in the frame.
I hope that made sense....

I can't log in anymore, even hitting back to reply to topics. I'm using netscape but will get firefox to try, thanks for the tip (internet explorer doesn't work for us, we had a virus problem that hung it up).

Firefox and Netscape are the same. They have the same "behind the scenes" programming if you will. Wierd.

Yeah, I dunno the difference between firefox and netscape (never used netscape) but I do know Explorer tries to correct Peoples HTML coding and can miss read it, but then firefox reads it as it is ( its great for catching out lazy website writers!!).
If you have firefox they have just released a new patch to correct firefox inability to run media player...

Reply in the proboards support board: Get them to check that their browsers security Setting is set to Medium. Also, get them to click the 'Always stay logged in' button when logging in.
Just in case you have been hacked, chnage your password to both the forums and your e-mail to something very difficult to guess. Also, make sure your G-Mods do the same.

Whoa, who (other than Peter) has the authority to do that? Are you saying a hacker? Maybe someone found Peter's password and logged in and banned people?! Only I have the authority to ban members or guests! But the moderators are able to do that too. It might indeed be someone who found out my password! That is why I've changed it.
