You have to add it (the URL) in your signature (in your profile), the same way as you post images in normal messages, so with the tags.

That all depends on whether the file itself is huge. The only site I know that lets you resize the pic you have uploaded is photobucket (but I'm sure there's more i haven't heard about ..). When you use a program to save or edit your picture, make sure you see it in its full size or 100% .. Then resize the picture itself (and I don't mean lower the percentage. lowering the percentage just means zooming in or out to view the picture.) I mean resize the pic itself, there should be something in the program that tells you how many pixels you want it to be and you can adjust it from there then save it and upload it then link the image to your sig.

HAHAHA!! That's Blitz and Gizmo... super cute pict! They were adopted out... but.... I figured out how to get the picts up! Ah.... *sighs* now I'm gonna have fun!
