This was a good show, low turn out of gerbil exhibitors (only 5) but loads of people came to see and handle gerbils. I'm reeling after winning BIS with one of my golden argente girls born 24th Dec 2003 and second with a lovely burmese spot pup at his first show...5 rosettes in all!!! I didn't take many gerbil pics but took loads of the floral tent, birds of prey and a few other bits n pieces. photobucket.com/albums/v252/MERMUM/Southsea2005/enjoy

Eeep! Not the spider pic! I had a look at the link you posted earlier and the spiders freaked me out but now it's just appeared in giant form! The flowers are lovely though, I love orchids.
It looks like a really fun day out, I shall definatly make the effort to go to a show at some point.

lol @ spider hater. My mom breeds orchids, she lives in the tropics so can just grow them in the garden! I like the ones that smell nice. And they make a nice gift! That reticulated purple one is dazzling.

Wow. Those flowers are breathtaking. Especially the one labeled penstemon 'osprey'. That color pink is lovely.
