Knagersfestijn (in Englisch Rodent-happening) is on 2 september 2006 in Barneveld (the center-east of the Netherlands)

It will be a nice event, with no charge to go inside.
It is also possible to enter gerbils for the show. There is a Breeders-catergory and Pet-category

Lydia was the one who introduced my to gerbils!!! She was my rodent teacher during my study "animal care and veterinary nursing" at the Groenhorst College in Barneveld (years ago). She did have a LOT of rodents at her home. I gues she still does. My first gerbils were kept and bred in her class room at PTC+ (at that time it was called IPC Animal, but merged with IPC Plant in 2000 and was renamed), which is an ‘Innovation and Practical Centre'.
