Well, I've asked Sandy, and I think she said she'll start after the holidays. They're trying hard to get the addition on their house finished before then- so she's pretty busy.
Besides- it'll give us a break to get some really good pictures! ;D

If she follows the pattern, the next class should be non-spotted self colors. That's what it was for Jan. 2006 and Jan. 2007.

I think I already know the answer, but would a CP Agouti fall into this category?

No, Agouti isn't a "self color" because the belly is white.... self would be like black, burmese... anything where the belly is the same color as the "top" of the gerbil.

Though Burmese usually goes in the Colorpoint Class.
The colors in the Self Class are: - Black - Lilac/Dove/Sapphire - Nutmeg - Red Fox - Silver Nutmeg - Red-Eyed Silver Nutmeg (C-Separator) - Slate - Ruby-Eyed White - sometimes PEW and BEW are included in the Self colors

Nutmeg is self, but the class hasn't opened yet.... so you've got plenty of time to get GOOD pictures.

Yep.. but I'm hoping we can stiffen up a little. I know that some pictures aren't very good, which makes it hard for Sandy to judge. While we're waiting for the new class to start, I'd like to review the qualifications for the pictures. This will give you guys time also to start taking pictures! ;D Here's the rules link... gerbilforum.proboards21.com/index.cgi?board=virtualshow&action=display&thread=1136922560Make sure your photo shows the tail too. Some shots like these.... And these... Photos such as the following are hard to judge.... If you need tips on taking nice clear pictures- you can start a thread (in the picture section) or you can PM anybody that you notice has good pictures!
