You don't want to use that kind of hamster bedding. The long fibers can wrap around a gerbil's limb and cause serious damage. I would just give them tons of Aspen shavings and a lot of tissue. It sometimes gets down to 15C in my house, and the gerbils are fine.

I didn't click on all your links,but am assuming you're considering the bedding that either looks like cotton wool,or shredded jeye cloth. Tissue paper is very warm for them,and also a good insulator.The only other type of bedding I can think of,but I personally would not replace tissue paper with it,is hay. Mine all receive tissue and hay,and I leave it up to them to chose which they want. The other thing to do is check where you have placed the cage,sudden temperature changes can be harmfull,or at least unpleasant for them.As long as they are somewhere were the temperature is fairly consistant,with the bedding you already provide.They should be fine.
