Colourpoint Class:
This has been the biggest class so far, with 9 entrants! So sorry I'm a bit late getting results up here. I'm sure it will be worth the wait for you.
************************************************************************
Third Place:
(supergirlh) Heather's "Royalquest Jewel," a 7-month old female Colourpoint Nutmeg is just a stunner. Her fur looks so very soft, I want to touch it! She has a nice, compact body and awesome dramatic points on her ears and nose. Her eyes are a bit round and tuft could be fuller. Can I hold her?
Second Place:
(whitmoregirl) Lauren's "Kess," a one-year old Pearl female has beautiful almond-shaped eyes and nice, even ticking on her fluffy coat. Her ears are well shaped, and good whiskers. A good long tail and great tuft! There is a teensy bit of gold in the tail which detracts from an otherwise excellent entrant. Lovely full-bodied girl!
First Place:
(kim) Kim's "Riddick" of Midnight Sun Rodentry, a male Colourpoint Silver Nutmeg has a hefty male build and an awesome, soft-looking coat. He has beautifully shaped eyes and ears and a full, long tail with a fantastic tuft. I like his dramatic black nails contrasted with the light fur colour. Very nice boy.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(supergirlh) Heather's "Royalquest Oliver," a 3-month old Siamese male almost made 3rd he is such a beautiful fellow. He didn't quite make it because he is still very young and hasn't had time to bulk up enough. But put him in the pup class and watch out world! He has lovely points on an almost lilac-tinted fur, with great whiskers, nice shaped eyes and ears. I'll be interested to see how he does in future shows.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(whitmoregirl) Lauren's "Bea," a 7-month old Light Colourpoint Agouti female, has beautiful fur and good points. Excellent eyes, though her ears are a bit rounded at the top and tail tuft could be fuller. Cute gal!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(kim) Kim's "Sterling" of Midnight Sun Rodentry, a male 8-month old Burmese, is nice and dark with excellent points and healthy looking, shiny fur. His ears and eyes are well shaped. He could be bulkier though and I can see a slight helical turn in his tail. What great whiskers!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(danielle) Shootingstar's "Akanbo," a 25-month old female Siamese has a healthy, shiny coat and very long whiskers. She is quite dark making me think she carries Gg. I think probably it was hard deciding whether she was Siamese or Burmese! Her claws are quite light for the standard, and rounded ear tips place her lower in the class than one might have liked. Her tail tuft also could be fuller. Sweet gal though, look at that expression!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(viggo) Ulrika's "Tuffe," a 19-month old male spotted Himalayan (DTW), has good clean white fur (hard to manage, so good for you Ulrika), and a fairly black tail, a bit on the short side, maybe, though. His nose looks a bit sore, you might want to keep a close eye on him for a while to make sure it doesn't get worse. Excellent whiskers!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(danielle) Shootingstar's "Kasumi," a 25-month old male Burmese is dramatically dark with very nice points. Is that a notch in his ear?! Otherwise nice ears, too bad for that! His eyes seem to bulge a bit too. Coat would have looked much nicer if you'd put him in a sand bath before taking pictures to even it out and make it smooth and fluffy. Tail hard to see because it is moving! Excellent whiskers, though. Better luck next time!
Congratulations to everyone on an outstanding job! Well done!
