So, I had some flour in the kitchen that was pretty old, so I put it to good use 2 parts flour 1 part salt 1 part water (used as needed) Personally, I used 4 cups flour, 2 cups salt, 2 cups water, added slowly in my kitchenaid mixer Then I put it on the counter & kneeded it. It needs to be kneeded for a while to get nice & dough-ey Roll it out I used my Rubbermaid Tupperware, and put foil over it Put the dough over it & shape it. Then bake it! It said 300 degrees for 30 ish minutes, but I cooked them about 45 & the inside of the 'roof' was still a little gummy. You can also leave it out & let it air dry, but it takes several day.
