I can't log out. Not being obsessive!

Dunno what's happened but I can't log out, in that my name still ' appears ' to be logged in on the front page even when it says "please log in" at the top.

Was in the middle of a post and the board crashed.(error)

Have tried everything except logging out on another device.

Oh well, better than not being able to log in! ( Just makes me look obsessive   )

have you tried clearing your cache? might just be stored on your pc/phone

Yep, I did all that. Cleared the cache. Deleted the history. Total reboot.

I use an iPad and sometimes when I'm swiping along on the forum it switches to the home screen and it says that I've logged out when I am still listed as being online. I then need to log in to actually post anything.

I don't go on my laptop that often and rarely surf on my phone and would never bother posting from it.

Yesterday I noticed that I was logged out.

The iPad has a few minutes ago done the switching to home screen bit so I bet I won't be able to log out but it's ok. Quite handy actually. 

Thanks for your suggestion though.
