This is one out the two agouti girls with both eyes open. The other grey agouti&pink eyed lilac both have one eye open, the others ( 1 polar fox&2 black/white pied ) have their eyes shut still, I'll update in the morning x

That's a Burmese, possibly Siamese. Nowhere near Agouti!

she is adorable! and definitely a Siamese or Burmese, not Agouti. Ben in my signature was an Agouti and you can see the difference between the two. your little girl will look like Dusty

Oh my god can't believe that' as Siamese gerbils are my favourite haha! Thanks for pointing that out for me guys! I must admit I'm not the brightest spark, four of the gerbils now have both of their eyes open, just two left. I will try and post a picture of them and what colours I think they are; then someone will have to tell me if I'm wrong so then I know what they actually are hehe x

I tried to hold him in a position In which you can see his eyes, I'm thinking could he be a pink eyed lilac...I'm unsure though, it's just this one I'm unsure about x

Lilac, or a variation thereof (Sapphire, Dove). All Lilacs have red eyes, so saying "pink eyed lilac" is redundant.

And excuse the mess of the cage I didn't want to mess with it much until they were at least 3 weeks old, and the mum every time I put food in her bowl flicks it all out so it's scattered over the base of the cage

Hello everyone quick a quick update, the gerbils are now old enough to be removed from mum, 3 of them (2 boys and a girl) are going to new homes so i have two girls left for sale..i'm so sad to see them go but i know that they will go to loving homes. Cant believe how fast it has gone these past weeks from when Snowy had her first litter, and thanks to all who have came back to the thread to see how the babies are. Is there any way that this thread can be removed as i doubt there will not be any more comments x

There is a youtuber called "creekvalleycritters" who hand raises all of her pet mice. She has instructional videos about it, be sure to check out her Chanel if you get into the same situation as it may help
