Im pretty sure the other day i read that there was leek in a gerbil food but i cannot remeber which one atm? I was wondering if Gerbils can actually eat leek? I know its toxie for hamsters and i thought it was toxic to all small pets? xx

Leeks are part of the onion family I think...which is a no no for gerbs.

Ah okay, thats what i thought but it confused me when i read it in the ingredients ;( Its annoying how brands say its for a animal but actually the ingredients are harmful thankyou xx

Sunscription makes gerbil daily diets in eight formulas. Only one contains leeks. Whew...not the one I've been using.
