They were introduced very late last night after a day of no bad signs.
There's a lot to say about how it's played out so far but I'm very tired(ill) at the moment so please excuse my poor explanation: they were together for about three hours last night(then split again when we went to bed) and they've been together for about six hours so far today. It's been an interesting show of animal behavior! The way we've interpreted everything: the lilac 2.5 month old has shown submissive behavior towards the 7 month old Burmese, and the Burmese has shown some dominance behavior towards him. There has been a lot of mutual grooming between those two. No problems. When he met the black & white 2.5 month old, they initially balled up, in a way. No biting, no blood; just intense sniffing. We separated them, then tried again. I had a feeling, and there was no aggression, fortunately. I know that was risky. There has been grooming between the black and white and the Burmese, but there are signs that he's(black and white) not sure about him. He initially spent a lot of time sitting in a corner watching the Burmese interact with his lilac brother. And when the Burmese would try to join them in their sleeping pile, the black and white boy would squeek at him. They've been sleeping on opposite sides of the tank but now they're on the same side, just not curled up together. I hope that a healthy hierarchy can be established; I'm still not sure about their compatibility. I'm watching them very closely.. Here are some poor quality pictures:
