Not 100% certain but could you check your Male 'topaz' undercoat? If you push back his fur or lightly blow it, what color are his fur roots? If it's grey-blue, he's of the Argente, either Cream or Topaz. If it's yellow-golden like the rest of his coat, he's a saffron.
To me, it looks like the parents were Lilac/Dove x Light/Saffron or of the sort, because the litter seems to consist of Lilac, Dove, and Saffron. Although, the second to last photo one of the golden ones seem to have a white demarcation from what seems like a white belly but I can't tell for sure. It looks like a red eyed honey based on the white around eyes. (So maybe your male is a Spotted Red eyed honey?) I have a little girl atm who is a Spotted light Saffron and she looks just like your male.
That's a shame not knowing who the parents are, it would be of big help. Good luck!

Saffron? I don't think so because his unspotted siblings were white bellied.
Additional info: All pups and parents are red eyed.
"Yellow" ones are white bellied, "grey" ones are self colored.
I'll try to take a picture of his undercoat but may be hard, he's still a little stressed.

Yeah, I don't see any Saffron there. Most likely, the parents are Sp. Argente Gold and Sapphire/Dove or Sp. Lilac and Topaz/Argente Cream. The breeder is misidentifying the spotted parent because spotting lightens the base color. Only one parent is lightened by CP/Himi, which is why no PEWs.
I'm not great at identifying the Argente-variants and Lilac-variants, especially when spotting is in the mix. But I'd say you're right that the male isn't Argente Gold.
