I have planned to remove these squirrels running inside my house for months or maybe years. I do not want them to be killed which is why I want someone who would assist me in removing them safely. I have contacted a professional in town who does such humane wildlife removal in Canada. Got any other proposals or suggestions?

Squirrels are difficult, but you would need to find out what was making the squirrels run in your house and how they were getting in and why?
As with all rodents, they have found a great place to live and so they are staying there. However, if you remove the current rodents without changing what was so good about it - new residents may just move straight in in their place.
So I suppose if you want to do it humanely AND prevent re-infestation, you will have to do a good survey of your house and surrounding environs and perhaps sit outside and have a good watch of what the squirrels do, how they get in and out of your house and where they go to eat. Eliminate the food and the entrance point (along with shelter points around those areas (like trees/bushes, etc.) and you might just be one step ahead.
If you find that you can't eliminate those things, then ongoing deterrents or humane removal and relocation might be the only way to limit their activity. However, do make sure it isn't breeding season where you are, as you don't want to remove the mum and leave a nest of babies in your house.
