maybe this is a good time to try to tame and spend time with her? what is her name? I'm sure with some patience and her getting to know you, she could come around. I have a rescue who is a biter but I love him and talk to him and he let's me pet his head. Just try with introducing your hand and with treats-even talking to her and her getting used to you will help.

I don't mean to sound horrible but I'm not that interested in taming another one all over again. It just reminds me of the older one

maybe you should find her another home where she can get attention as she may get depressed by herself and not getting much attention? it doesn't take that much to tame a gerbil. I don't like hearing about gerbils' who are on their own and not getting attention, but she's your gerbil so you can do what you want with her as long as she is getting fed, watered and cleaned out, but just some attention may work to get her friendlier. Just my opinion. I love gerbils and all gerbils need love.

So I have two new gerbils that remind me more of my older gerbil and I don't know if I should keep them because I don't know if it's helping or making me feel worse because they're not her? Do you think its helping or the opposite effect? I am really missing her right now
