Hi I was just wondering if it's ok to keep a mated pair and the female's sister in the same cage?

Definitely not. Gerbils should be in a same-sex group, or one male and one female for breeding.

Would not recommend. Most likely the pups won't survive.

I had three pregnant females, knew the risks, and still let them stay together.
It did not end well. Two of them lost all of their pups and the other has a few phantom pregnancies. (One while with them and one while living only with the male).
So no, it is definitely not okay.
