Hi i've used a few vets with my last couple of gerbil families, trying some of those nearer home as problems came with their old age. I ended up changing surgeries twice, returning to the 'Bridge veterinary Surgery' as they really do seem comfortable and experienced with the little critters. They're friendly, helpful and more importantly, can trim gerbils teeth without causing them upset or even gassing them down as another surgery preferred. I think initially they charged about £9.00 to trim teeth, but after a few repeat appointments it's now only £4.00 which i almost feel guilty about. If you're having trouble finding a good gerbil vet in the area (205 fir tree road, epsom kt173lb) or you are fed up with hearing the 'we don't get very many of these' story, i can wholeheartedly recommend them.
