Cathing Title huh! I just Bought a new Tank and i wanna know how you think about it. This are some Pictures of my old and new tank. This is my Old tank This is The new one when i got it. The new tank partly Done. and when it's finished. (Mr Jingles & Squeek) Wow what a nice House did Arne made 4 us ;D ;D ;D come and visite us @ our house warming party!!!!We are looking forward 2 see you @ the Party What do you think about it? They love it as you can see comment's and sugestions are welcome as usual.

thats tank looks really nice. I brought my first tank at christmas and i think they are alot better than cages i think the view of the gerbils is alot better. I really like the picture on the back of the tank

Yikes! I can't imagine cleaning that mondo tank, you must have huge muscles. Every 9 days we completely empty our gerbs' 20 gal. tank and soap it out in the bathtub downstairs. We tried doing it less frequently, but they got very grumpy with the small spot cleanings. If we had to carry that tank around we'd have hernias! ;D
(It is beautiful, though. It could be the centerpiece of your living room.)

It could be the centerpiece of your living room.) every 9 days W0W. Well i do it less freq i have special stuff that absorbse the smell so it soesn't get smelly fast. I haven't clean the tank now 4 1.5 month's and it stil ain't stinking + i have a bowl where the pie and doo doo in . Maybe you can try a bowl with chinchila sand it help's allot.

Cleaning out a big tank demands different techniques Rather than move the tank you use a fe simple steps 1) remove animals, toys, waterbottle 2) hoover out all the dry stuff 3) spray with [safe] disinfectant 4) wipe out and rinse [follow instructions on bottle/spray] 5) put in new bedding, toys etc 6) add animals not hard at all with gerbils
