Hi everyone, i was just wondering if a bit of brussel sprout is ok to feed to gerbils? I did look on the list but couldn't find it, also done a search and nothing came up has anyone tried this before?

Can't answer about the brussel spouts.
I gave mine applesauce for the first time. They don't like it from the spoon (probably too cold) but loved licking it from my finger.

Banana is fine Each thread has a search function that will allow you to search for a particular word within the posts. This is located at the top left of each thread. Searches can also be performed on the entire forum with the Search button just below the banner picture at the top of the page.

There are a few more things I want to add: Banana Chips Oats and Porridge Oats ;D Macadamia nuts , Sunflower seed Ryvita = Mmmm...Yummy ;D=I'll hide this in my nest and when I've eaten it all I'll be as big as a house! =What the hell are these? = Oh right, they're just biiiiig nuts that I take an hour to eat... = I've died and gone to heaven, surely?!

There are, however, other forms of cabagge that can be given safely - like e.g. broccoli, cauliflower or chinese cabagge. regards, Sanne
