I think so but as it's a wet vegetable like lettuce only very tiny amounts.

yes, i guess so although they may not like the sharp taste of it, im not sure though lol ;D just wash it thouroughly before giving it to them, but apart from that, i think they'll be fine ;D

www.watercress.co.uk/It's a green leaf plant used in salads and as a garnish. As it's name says it grows in water and has a slightly peppery taste.

You can buy it sometimes in the produce section by the salad stuff. I've even seen it growing in parks around here.
