His mother is burmese from Finland. And father is black.

It looks from that picture that his fur is sparse. Can you see all the way to his skin?

Is he smaller than the other pups? I found the runt sometimes had sparse fur until they caught up with the rest of the gerbil pups.

He is one in this litter. Another pup died than he was few days old.

He probably isn't getting enough milk, then. The malnutrition is likely causing the sparse hair growth. Often, a litter of 1-2 will die because they can't stimulate the milk let-down reflex in the mother. Could you try supplimenting him?

No, i think hi will be normal pup ( my another gerbil have got one pup in a litter - and pup was normal).

I'm not saying that he won't be normal, it just may take longer because he isn't getting enough food. If you can suppliment him, then it will speed up the process.
