Well more like great news actually XD After a long clean up my room is livable and walkable. Compared to how it was before, it was a shambles. Litterally the gerbils tank was more livable than my room XD
I just have a little more stuff to more around and out of my room, so I am hoping by the end of the month that I can get them out of their tank on a regular basis and let them have a run around in my room. If its possible can I get some tips and help on gerbil proofing the room, if it helps i can take some photo's by the end of the day and upload them to show the space I have for them ^^

One big thing (that you may already have thought of) would be to make sure that ALL cords are out of reach of the gerbils! Sounds like fun, and I wish that my room was more conducive to letting the gerbils have the run around

Have you considered a playpen? You could buy one, or make one yourself (I've seen a thread about this somewhere on here). Whether you use one or not, I think it's important to ensure there are no food crumbs etc. on the floor they're running on... One of my gerbs found a wee piece of prawn cracker on our living room floor last week. Of course, she proceeded to eat it. It was a tiny piece, smaller than the size of a gerbil's eye. Someone must have accidentally dropped it - but I got quite stressed about it, because it's obviously very salty. Was watching Grace closely for a couple of days after that, and she was fine. But still, I will watch out for this in future. Hope you continue to enjoy your now clean room! I'm sure your gerbils will, once they get a chance to run about in it It's a joy to watch those little creatures explore the world outside their tank.
